Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the Golden Vegas services as made available through the website located at goldanvegas.com (the "Website"). By accessing or using any part of the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms as amended from time to time. These Terms are effective from 20 January 2026.
The Website is operated by NOORDZEE ELECTRONICS NV, a company incorporated under the laws of Belgium and part of the Gaming1 group, which holds Belgian Gaming Commission licence B+3971 for online games of chance (slots and dice games only). NOORDZEE ELECTRONICS NV is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission and does not provide, market or promote remote gambling services to persons located in the United Kingdom. For users in the United Kingdom, the Golden Vegas section of goldanvegas.com is provided on an informational basis only and must not be used to circumvent any UK gambling, self-exclusion or consumer protection rules.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below. These definitions apply whether the terms are used in the singular or plural, and whether capitalised or not, unless the context requires otherwise.
- "Operator" means NOORDZEE ELECTRONICS NV, the entity responsible for the operation of the Website and, where legally permitted, the provision of online games of chance under Belgian licence number B+3971. References to "we", "us" and "our" are to the Operator.
- "Website" means the online interface branded as Golden Vegas and any related pages, content and services made available at or through goldanvegas.com.
- "User" means any natural person who visits, accesses or uses the Website for informational purposes.
"Player" means a User who successfully registers an account with the Operator and is lawfully permitted to participate in real-money games of chance under Belgian law. Account Registration

User Obligations and Account Security

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, unless such activity results directly from our failure to maintain reasonable security measures.
- Single account policy: You may hold only one Account with the Operator. Creating multiple Accounts, including Accounts registered under minor or proxy identities, is strictly prohibited and may lead to closure of all related Accounts and, where permitted by law, withholding of bonuses or winnings obtained through misuse.
- Verification for withdrawals: No withdrawals will be processed until all mandatory verification checks have been completed to our satisfaction. Betting & Gameplay Rules
The Operator aims to ensure that all Games are offered fairly, transparently and in accordance with the restrictions of Belgian licence B+3971. Placing Bets and Game Participation

Player Conduct and Chat Rules

- Prohibition of fraud and collusion: Any form of cheating, collusion, exploitation of software bugs, use of bots or automated tools, or manipulation of Games is strictly prohibited. - Responsible play: You should only wager funds that you can afford to lose. Operator's Obligations

Exclusions and Limitations

- Maximum compensation: Except where otherwise mandated by law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single Bet, Game or transaction shall not exceed the amount of the stake or wager associated with that Bet or Game, or, in the case of non-gambling use of the Website by UK-based Users, the greater of the amount you have paid (if any) for the relevant service and EUR 50.
